Mr. Conley started Nonprofit
Capital LLC in 1997 to meet the capital needs of acute care, rural
healthcare, behavioral healthcare and long-term care facilities through
a national funding program. As the manager of the Community Health
Facilities Fund, Mr. Conley created the first tax-exempt Collateralized
Debt Obligation Program for community based behavioral healthcare
providers, which successfully financed over 30 borrowers. Mr. Conley
spent over 10 years working at Lehman Brothers, completing over $1
billion of financing for healthcare facilities of all types, including
multi-hospital systems, community based hospitals, academic medical
centers, behavioral healthcare providers and long-term care facilities.
Mr. Conley has worked with a broad range of fixed and floating rate
tax-exempt financing instruments and credit enhancement sources. Mr.
Conley completed his undergraduate work at the University of Notre Dame
and his graduate work at Duke University where he received a Master of
Health Administration. |

Sandra K. Johnson - Director, Marketing |

|
Sandra K. Johnson is
responsible for marketing the firm’s loan products and services
nationally. Ms. Johnson brings to Nonprofit Capital a great depth of
experience in marketing financial products and services. Her previous
experience includes marketing fixed income and foreign exchange products
to corporate and institutional clients domestically and internationally.
Ms. Johnson has worked for major international financial institutions
such as the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Calyon (formerly Crédit Lyonnais), Wells Fargo Bank, and The Dial Corporation. Prior to joining
Nonprofit Capital, Ms. Johnson was an independent consultant in
marketing and client development. Her clients included Nonprofit Capital
and Greenwich Associates, for which she completed research-driven
projects related to the fixed-income and equity markets. Ms. Johnson
holds the MIM degree from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of
International Management and the BBA degree from Millsaps College’s
Else School of Management. |

Eileen M. Mullin is responsible for performing credit analysis on all financing candidates. Ms. Mullin brings to Nonprofit Capital great depth of experience in credit analysis, investment banking, and bond issuance for health care transactions. Ms. Mullin worked as a health care rating analyst at Moody’s Investors Service for several years. In this position, Ms. Mullin had responsibility for Moody’s new and ongoing health care ratings in thirteen states. She also published state-by-state reports that outlined the major issues and challenges faced by health care providers within each state as well as updated individual reports for each of Moody’s outstanding ratings. Ms. Mullin worked as an investment banker in the health care finance group for both Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Bear, Stearns and Co., where she financed health care clients throughout the country. Ms. Mullin began her health care finance career in New York State Medical Care Facilities Finance Agency’s Debt Issuance Unit, the largest issuer of health care bonds in the United States. While at the Agency, she had responsibility for all aspects of the financing process for several billion dollars of the Agency’s tax-exempt debt. She received her undergraduate degree from Smith College and a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University. |

Daniel J. DiBono - Vice President |

| Daniel J. DiBono is responsible for in-depth analytical work related to credit evaluation, loan surveillance, and marketing. His experience includes turnaround management, financial forecasting, and business plan development in the corporate sector. Additionally, Mr. DiBono’s experience includes business development in financial services and starting his own business. Mr. DiBono has a BS in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and Marketing. | ||
